For more than 10 years now, Juliana has worked 3 days a week and the remaining days are used to volunteer in a leadership capacity in organisations which empower people to develop.
Giving back to others gives Juliana the fullest satisfaction. She has been volunteering since the age of 11 when she had nothing to give but her time. So now, she is committed to this path of developing others and their self expression.
She has spent time volunteering for:

10. Multiple Toastmasters Club - locally and internationally
11. LIONS of Parramatta Club Member - Membership Chair
12. West Cumberland Men's Shed volunteer.
In most of her volunteer capacity she has done many roles, been involved in creating events which enlighten, enliven and inspire the community group she is committed to.

Inducted as a new LIONS member at the LIONS of Parramatta 66th Anniversary event by District Governor Genevieve Jeny (2024-2025). At the same event Hon. Philip Ruddock AO was awarded his 50 year service medal.
